Through the years, she has developed a depth of knowledge in the management of online business growth, digital investments and brand partnerships within the world's biggest consumer brands and technology companies. The appointment comes as WPP Media's commerce and marketplace activities for big consumer brands keep growing, given the rapid transformations in digital advertising and online shopping.
Prior to her recent appointment Heena was Senior Director – ecommerce at WPP Media, responsible for The Coca-Cola Company and Dell's e-commerce media programs. These positions gave her practical experience in consumer-driven, digital commerce business strategies for a variety of products.
Heena has also served in various leadership roles with Paytm, overseeing category planning, fashion and footwear businesses, brand partnerships, and campaign execution. She also previously served with Myntra in the category management team where she was responsible for merchandising, inventory and business operations for the men's apparel category.
