World's First Image Scientist, Dr. Kuiljeit Uppal honoured by Creative Women Platform in the UK

On May 12, 2023, at the Royal Automobile Club in London, Creative Women Platform, an international women's organisation that supports women and their professional journeys through business networking, connections, and mentorship opportunities, published "Prim and Powerful," a book by the world's first image scientist Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal.

Several notable women business leaders and experts from around the world attended the international event, including HRH Princess Michael of Kent, HRH Princess Katarina, Princess Katya Galitzine, Princess Councillor Peace Essien, HRH Queen Ronke Ademiluyi, Lady Colin Campbell, and Olga Balakleets, Founder & CEO of CW Platform.

It was a significant moment in British history to remember King Charles III's coronation. At lectures and discussions, well-known female business leaders and professionals shared their viewpoints. On this momentous occasion, Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal was presented with the renowned "Creative Women Excellence Award" in honour of her outstanding contributions to worldwide society and creative endeavours.

For his remarkable contributions to invention, research, teaching, and social impact, Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal, also known as the "World's First Image Scientist," has won several national and international awards, including the Karmaveer Chakra Award from the United Nations and iCongo. Additionally, she was honoured with the prestigious "World Innovation Award - Hall of Fame Honour" 2019, "Bharat Gaurav Award" 2021, "Innovative Education Leadership Award for Excellence in Social Innovation & Global Impact" 2019, "1000 Women of Asia Award" 2021, "Naari Udyamita Puraskar" 2018," "WEF Exceptional Leader of Excellence Award 2021," and "Indian Excellence Award."

In appreciation of her achievements as an image scientist, aviator, educator, author, creative director, and businessperson among many other diverse vocations, Dr. Kuiljeit has also been awarded the coveted title of "Genius Polymath". Dr. Kuiljeit has independent director certification from both the IICA and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India. She serves as the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management, the National President of the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry for Life Skills, and the Chairperson for Values & Volunteerism for G-100 India.

Dr. Kuiljeit is the first person to obtain a PhD in image management and also holds three master's degrees in fields as diverse as business administration, journalism and mass communication, and English literature. She also holds a number of other diverse qualifications. She has worked in several fields for almost three decades, including image management, aviation education, information technology, advertising, media, research, and education.

In particular, her pioneering work in the multidisciplinary subject of PRIM (Persona and Image Management), as well as in the areas of life skills and strategic self-management for developing a person's persona and image, have benefitted from her vast research in academia and management. She is on a mission to alter people's perceptions so that they are perceived as more remarkable, independent, real, resilient, and powerful versions of themselves.

Modern models and ideas including PRIM, D-PRIM, PRIMEA, PRIMPACT Integrated Transformational Model, TILSOM Framework, and PIQ, the world's first Persona and Image Quotient, have been created by her. Her body of work and accomplishments have received recognition in India and other countries for their deep influence on enhancing people's identities, perceptions, and life skills.

This impact strategist made it her personal goal to help individuals, especially young people and women, comprehend the science of PRIM so they may dramatically alter their entire persona and image and significantly improve their life skills over the long term. She lives by the tenet of "selfless contribution," and she is motivated by a desire to change the world for the better.

In line with her worldwide purpose, she published the nonprofit book "PRIM and POWERFUL" to encourage professionals and young people from all walks of life to improve their inner, outer, and social abilities, make a meaningful contribution, and contribute to their society in a useful way.

Dr. Kuiljeit envisions a society in which each individual's strong image conveys stability, integrity, and sustainability. In her book, she covers a variety of persona, image, and strategic self-management topics that might help readers feel more valuable and soar to new heights on a wave of self-assurance.

Additionally, it will boost their coping mechanisms, enhance their employability, and progress their professional growth. The "first of its kind" book ever produced will be made available to readers worldwide both online and in print editions. It is also designed to be given in educational institutions all around the world for the benefit of students and their future in the modern, dynamic world.

As a thought leader, well-known mentor, and motivational speaker, Dr. Kuiljeit has actively engaged society at all levels to foster their dedication to being meaningful contributions to their communities and nations. In her role as office bearer of numerous women's organisations in India and throughout the world, she works to put policies into place and create a solid eco system for the worldwide emancipation of women.

Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal, the Polymath, Impact Strategist, and "Scientist-preneur" attests to the astonishing union of intellect, talent, forward-thinking, energy, and tenacity combined with a modest and giving heart that aspires to selflessly give to mankind in some way or another.
