Women's Empowerment and Children Education supported by Jewellers for Hope Charity

The eighth edition of the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council's (GJEPC) charity dinner, "Jewellers for Hope" was held which was supported by lead partners De Beers, associate partners World Gold Council, and powered by GIA. This event gained immense support from jewellers, diamond exporters, retailers, and international associations. Relief Project's India, a renowned NGO that focuses on issues affecting women’s and children's education received donations from the charity dinner.
The representative of Relief Project's India, popular actor Vicky Kaushal addressed the event and discussed the organization’s work in India. This project is dedicated to improving the lives of the underprivileged.
Actor Vicky mentioned his gratitude to the charity event and RPI for their work and as he is a part of this noble initiative. The Chairman of GJEPC, Vipul Shah stated that through this project of 'Jewellers for Hope, the council has achieved the betterment of society.
Eminent personalities such as Diamond Trading Executive Vice President, Paul Rowley of the De Beers Group and India's regional CEO of the World Gold Council, Somasundaram PR also expressed their views on this event.
The GJEPC's charitable program, Jewellers for Hope was established in 2014 to unite the jewellery and gem industry in order to raise fund for the NGOs that operate in a variety of areas such as women's empowerment, education, health, tribal welfare, etc.
