According to Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, women make up almost half of our society and play an essential role in keeping it strong, according to BJP Mahila Morcha Himachal Pradesh's Pratibha Samman Samaroh Mansavi.

He said that during the COVID, the BJP Mahila Morcha played a key role in curbing the virus's spread by preparing and distributing over 53 lakh masks at no cost. During his time as the state's Panchayati Raj Minister, he claimed that women received 50% reservation in panchayatiraj institutions and urban local bodies.

He acknowledged women's achievements by releasing Tejashvini, a magazine produced by IT Head Varsha Thakur.

Suresh Bhardwaj, the Minister of Urban Development, stated, "The state government had started Savitri Devi Phule examination centres in the state for facilitating women candidates. He said the honorarium of ASHA workers and Anganwari workers had been enhanced considerably."

Dipti Rawat, the BJP's national general secretary for Mahila Morcha, remarked, "The double-engine government at the Centre and in the state had ensured a balanced and fast development of the state." She added, "Women should strive hard to achieve what they desire. They also played an important role in bringing the BJP back in power in four states for which the Assembly elections were held recently."

She further said, "Each and every office-bearer of the Mahila Morcha should effectively disseminate the policies and programmes of the state government in the right perspective. The Mahila Morcha should also do some innovative activities for women empowerment. The beneficiaries of various government schemes must be associated with the organisation."

Rashim Dhar Sood, state president of the BJP Mahila Morcha, stated, "During the pandemic, they had ensured that everyone got face masks to protect themselves from the virus."
