VML Appoints New Officers for Market Leadership in India

The international brand, e-commerce, and customer experience firm VML has introduced its new in-market leadership group in India. This strategic initiative is to promote a culture of growth for its staff members while delivering operational excellence and strong support to clients throughout the region. The three newly appointed officers for this initiative are:

Bhautik Mithani: Bhautik has over 20 years of expertise in the position of Chief Financial Officer. He has played an essential role in numerous mergers and acquisitions and expertly led agencies through changes in the business. He formerly served as Group CFO at Rediffusion Brand Solutions and was an important part of the Wunderman Thompson executive team.

Jyoti Mahendru: A key member of the Wunderman Thompson leadership team, Jyoti has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Throughout her professional engagements, she has actively represented the Indian market in APAC Women's Leadership organizations and Global Diversity Coalitions. She will support the people and culture leadership at VML in her role as Chief People Officer.

Pinaki Bhattacharya: Pinaki has more than 20 years of experience in communications and advertising. In 2000, he made a shift from account management to strategic planning in his professional career. He works in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, nutrition, cars, technology, and durable goods. Pinaki will serve as a reliable resource for clients and coworkers in hIS role as Chief Strategy and Client Partnerships Officer.

VML, India's CEO, Babita Baruah, is excited about the new leadership team's expertise and commitment to delivering world-class solutions. She hopes to strengthen VML's position as a global creative and marketing leader.
