VLIV, a managed rental housing brand by Experion (part of the AT capital group), has introduced its first life residence of all time exclusively for women in Greater Noida, July 31, 2025. This modern, thoughtfully designed women’s co-Living space represents a big step to build a safe, reliable and service-oriented housing ecosystem adapted to the needs of urban Indian women.
With an investment commitment of US $ 300 million, VLIV aims to transform India's co-Living rental market, offering organized and quality housing options for women. The Greater Noida project features 730 double sharing beds designed to provide residents with a comfortable, safe and well-managed life environment, focused on safety and well-being.
“India’s rental real estate market has been dispersed and inconsistent. At Experion, we believe women deserve quality life spaces built with long -term confidence and value. VLIV reflects this vision, offering a reliable and managed profile -managed platform specifically for women's evolutionary lifestyles," said B.K. Malagi, Vice -President of Experion.
