Visa returns 'She's Next' Program Supporting Women-led Businesses

Visa has announced the return of its "She's Next" program in partnership with the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK). This initiative aims to support women-run businesses with funding, training, and mentorship. The program will be open for applications from November 12 to December 19, 2024. The program offers tailored training programs, webinar training, and resources from the She's Next Club whereas a new mentorship segment led by Dalal AlDoub will be introduced.
Visa, a global leader in digital payments, and NBK, a renowned IT consulting firm, partnered to return this program which aligns with the efforts towards assisting female small business owners with funding, training, and mentorship. The prior edition of the program, completed in 2024, spotlighted females striving in the finance industry.
Country Manager for Kuwait and Qatar at Visa, Shashank Singh stated, “We are excited bring back the 'She's Next' global advocacy program for women-owned businesses to Kuwait, in partnership with National Bank of Kuwait. Women face unique challenges during the course of operating their businesses such as access to funding, gender bias and securing their transactions in addition to initiating digital transformation using new technologies including Al.”
