Tribes Communication Promotes Tavleen Kaur as Group Director

Indian integrated marketing and communications agency Tribes Communication has promoted Tavleen Kaur to the role of Group Director - Creative Strategy. Tavleen made the announcement in a LinkedIn post, noting how lucky she was to have spent her career with the company and to be in a new position.
Sharing the update in a LinkedIn post, Tavleen wrote, “Excited to share that I'm stepping into the role of Group Director - Creative Strategy at Tribes Communication. The journey at Tribes has been enriching, award-winning, filled with creative risks, and collaborations that have shaped me both personally and professionally.”
As Tavleen moves into her new position, she is likely to spearhead creative strategy efforts and enhance the agency's integrated communication services. Her post was about the creative learning and co-creative experiences she has had while working at the agency.
Tavleen is a creative planner with around 10 years of experience across traditional and non-traditional advertising. Prior to this promotion, she served as Senior Director - Creative Strategy at Tribes Communication, where she played a key role in developing impactful brand campaigns and strategic communication initiatives.

With more than 10 years of Traditional & Non-Traditional Advertising experience, Tavleen has built her career in Consumer Electronics, Personal Care, and Health Food Drinks. She joins Tribes Communication from Cheil Worldwide, contributing significantly to the launch of Samsung Electronics' flagship Bespoke range in India.
Previously, she worked with DDB Mudra Group and Geometry Encompass, receiving International awards such as Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia for her work in creative Strategies and integrated advertising campaigns.
Tavleen graduated from MICA, and has experience in Omnichannel Marketing, Retail, Shopper Marketing, D2C and Ecommerce. In her previous position at INSYNC (Tribes Communication’s specialized division), she led creative Strategy initiatives to create Audience-Centric campaigns and innovative brand experiences through OOH, Retail and Experiential Platforms.
Her expertise in the fusion of storytelling with Consumer Engagement has greatly influenced Tribes Communication’s Integrated Marketing Philosophy and contributed to its Creative Growth Journey.
Her promotion to Group Director – Creative Strategy reflects the agency’s continued focus on strengthening its creative leadership and expanding integrated brand solutions across platforms.
