The Leela Palace Bengaluru and HopeWorks Foundation have partnered to boost women's representation in the hospitality sector, particularly in the food and beverage sector. The partnership offers internships and job opportunities for underserved women and supports mothers in becoming entrepreneurs. The initiative also features a culinary session with Italian chef Massimo Bottura.

The Leela Palace Bengaluru's initiatives, Shefs At The Leela Program's culinary aspirants, were present to gain experiential learning from Chef Massimo Bottura, a globally acclaimed Italian chef. Chef Massimo emphasized hope and dreams, leading girls through art-based experiential learning to empower them in underserved communities, aiming to create employment opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Chef Massimo Bottura's interaction with culinary aspirants from the Shefs At The Leela program motivated them to pursue careers in the culinary arts, highlighting his global success.
