Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana will perform as the sole celebrity at the opening ceremony of the Women's Premier League 2025 (WPL) on February 14, 2025, at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. Ayushmann's special song-and-dance act is expected to set an exciting tone for the tournament.
According to a source: Aysuhmannn's performance is bound to electrify the atmosphere and get the crowd excited for the start of WPL 2025, a tournament that has taken the cricketing world by storm."
Ayushmann Khurrana collaborated with UNICEF India on Safer Internet Day to raise online safety awareness. He is preparing for his upcoming role in the horror-comedy "Thama," starring Rashmika Mandanna, Paresh Rawal, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The actor balances his entertainment passion with raising awareness of social issues. His fans can cherish the aura of his electrifying performance during the opening ceremony of TATA WPL 2025.
The Women's Premier League 2025 will feature five teams from four Indian cities, with the opening match featuring Gujarat Giants against defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the BCA Stadium, Vadodara. The grand finale is set to be held on March 15 after the top two table toppers secure their ticket to the finale.
