Tata WPL 2023: Free tickets on Women's Day for RCB vs GG match

On the occasion of Women’s day, every spectator who wants to witness the mega tournament of Tata Women's Premier League (WPL) 2023 between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat Giants will get a free entry at the Brabourne Stadium CCI. The inaugural season of Tata Women's Premier League 2023 has been started on 4 March 2023. In total 4 matches have been played to date with a doubleheader match on Sunday 5 March.
The women players are giving their best for their respective teams. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur who is also the skipper of the franchise Mumbai Indians is the leading scorer whereas Saika Ishaque of the same franchise has bagged the most number of wickets till now.
Before the tournament started, the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) announced free tickets for girls and women audience for every match to support and promote women in cricket. Yesterday during the match between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore, the digital scoreboard announced free tickets for all the viewers on the grand occasion of Women's Day. The same information was later posted on the official Twitter handle of WPL.
