Tata Motors to Gift New Sierra SUV to Indian Women's Cricket Team

- Tata Motors announced that they would give the first units of their new Tata Sierra SUV to the Indian Women's Cricket Team
- This is part of recognition for their historic victory in the ICC Women's World Cup
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. today declared that it will honor the Indian Women's Cricket Team for their ICC Women's World Cup victory by gifting each player the first units of the upcoming Tata Sierra SUV, to be launched on November 25, 2025.
The top-end variant of the SUV will be given to each member of the team in appreciation of the performance and contribution the team has made to Indian cricket.
The step was envisioned as an occasion to rejoice in the team's grit, resilience, and the inspiration they provided to fans across the country.
"This achievement by the team reflects determination and self-belief," said Shailesh Chandra, Managing Director and CEO of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.
"We are indeed privileged to present these legends with another legend, the Tata Sierra, as a tribute to their spirit and pride they have brought to the nation."
The all-new Tata Sierra reimagines the classic 1990s SUV with modern design, advanced technology, and enhanced comfort. This gesture by Tata Motors celebrates the team's success while reaffirming the commitment of the company toward celebrating Indian icons that truly inspire national pride.
