On Sunday, former Union minister Smriti Irani stated that the BJP is receiving overwhelming support from the people of Haryana and will be forming the government for the third time.

She was in the Ladwa Assembly seat to support Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini by organizing a Mahila Sammelan. “The BJP government has introduced a number of welfare schemes for all sections of society and the Lado Lakshmi Yojana is getting a positive response from our sisters. With new industries and new resolutions, the BJP is determined to form the government in Haryana,” she said. Smriti Irani was accompanied by Suman Saini, CM Nayab Saini’s wife, and several other women leaders of the BJP.

In her address, the former Union leader stressed the BJP’s poll promises, including industrial model townships, jobs, healthcare, and education. She also asked the female voters to turn up in large numbers on the polling day and vote for the BJP. She later organized a public gathering to back Shahabad candidate Subhash Kalsana.

In her address, Smriti emphasized that the BJP's various welfare programmes in Karnal are directly benefiting women and enabling them to live more empowered lives.

She was giving a speech at a conference organized by the BJP Mahila Morcha. Smriti also provided information about the welfare programs being carried out for women under the BJP government and urged the public to support BJP candidate Jagmohan Anand from the Karnal Assembly segment.
