One of the top UK-based financial services organizations, Lloyds Banking Group, has announced the appointment of Sirisha Voruganti as the CEO and Managing Director of its newly established Lloyds Technology Center, based in Hyderabad, India. Ms. Sirisha is a leader in technology and innovation who is renowned globally when she served as the Managing Director and Board member of JCPenney in India.
Ms. Sirisha has several senior technology positions in several international organizations and also carries an extensive experience in IT architecture, data engineering, and Fintech innovation. She held the position of Executive Vice of Architecture, Data, and Shared Services for MasterCard. She has been also recognized as the first female Managing Director for JP Morgan Chase in India's technology division.
She is dedicated to the advancement of diversity and inclusion in technology roles and is passionate about creating a high-performance engineering organization. She has impressive working experience in leading organizations through significant changes, and her invention of India's first safety device for women's protection serves as an example of how she inspires women in technology.
She shared her excitement to lead the Lloyds Technology Center during this crucial stage of the Lloyds Banking Group's digital transformation.
