Shweta A Talwar Named as VP- Talent & HR Operations at Accenture

Shweta A Talwar has been named as Vice President - Talent & HR Operations by Accenture. In her new role, Shweta will be responsible to work with global clients on their Talent & HR operations and delivery requirements.
Shweta brings along with her 17 years of experience as an HR leader, Strategic Advisor and Talent Partner. Her previous stint saw her heading the position of Director, HR at Everest Group. Other than heading HR functions across India, US/UK, and Canada, she was also responsible for offering innovative HR solutions in terms of hire, retain, and develop the best people, and strategically mold the culture of a professional services firm with many firsts to our credit. Prior to Everest Group, Shweta was associated with Aon Hewitt as Senior Manager - Talent & Leadership Development and Corporate HR for nearly four years.
Shweta possesses an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and Masters in Business Law from the National Law School of India University. She has obtained her BSc from the Institute of Home Economics. She has also been honoured with several accolades that include 100 most influential HR by World HRD Congress, Top HR Minds of India by World HRD Congress, and many more.
