Sathguru Management is among the top 75 places for Women to Work

Sathguru Management Consultants, a city-based advising firm, announced that it has been recognised by Great Place to Work India by being included in the list of the "Top 75 India's Best Workplaces for Women 2022" in the category of mid-size businesses. 39% of the overall workforce at Sathguru is made up of women.
While the proportion of female employees in some teams reaches 94%. According to the corporation, women make up 40% of its board of directors and 39% of its female staff holds leadership positions throughout all organisational departments. More than 10,000 organisations from 60 different countries submit submissions to the Great Place to Work Institute each year for evaluation and benchmarking of workplace culture.
For the fifth edition, the Top 75 Organizations among India's Best Workplaces for Women 2022 have been recognised based on an evaluation process.
"The traditional explanation for gender parity in leadership positions is that women were finally able to climb through the glass ceiling and reach the top. There isn't a glass ceiling at Sathguru to begin with. We have created a culture where everyone can find space for themselves, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, or religion.
