Sarah Adam-Gedge Appointed as Wipro Country Head for Australia & New Zealand

IT giant Wipro Limited has appointed Sarah Adam-Gedge as the Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Upon joining Sarah will focus on Wipro's various strategies for corporate success, sales advancement, customer partnerships, talent creation, brand development, and market connections.

Speaking about the new appointment N.S. Bala, CEO, APMEA, Wipro Limited, said, “ANZ has been a strategic focus for Wipro over the years and even more so now with the region’s growing demand for comprehensive digital transformation solutions, agility and scale, specialized technology requirements, and innovation. I am excited to welcome Sarah and am confident that her leadership and deep understanding of this market will help clients succeed and drive our growth ambition in this region.”

Sarah brings to the table vast experience from across Senior Management positions as Publicis Sapient Australia, Avanade Australia's Managing Director, Managing Partner and Vice Chairman of IBM, PwC Managing Partner, and Arthur Andersen's Partner. She has over 25 years of experience as a project and service-based consultant in Australia and New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, and Latin America.

Sarah has a proven track record for driving innovation, profitability, market resilience, and management of consumer and influencer ecosystems for leading digital transformation efforts worldwide for major corporations.
