Sagility Names Srushti Rao as VP Global Corporate Communications

Sagility, a technology-enabled healthcare operations and transformation company, has appointed Srushti Rao as Vice President, Global Corporate Communications and Public Relations. In her new role, Srushti will lead the company’s global corporate communications strategy and work on strengthening its brand presence across its international ecosystem.
Srushti’s responsibilities will span public relations, investor communications, workplace communications and employer branding. She will also focus on building a consistent brand narrative for Sagility and strengthening its engagement with employees, customers, investors and external stakeholders.
As part of her mandate, Srushti will work on enhancing Sagility’s thought leadership initiatives, media engagement and overall brand experience. Her role will involve communicating the company’s technology-driven healthcare capabilities and its approach to delivering customer-focused solutions.
Srushti brings a wealth of experience to Sagility from his past roles at XBP Global, IKS Health and Pearl Academy in the marketing and communications domain. She has worked in corporate communications, brand building and strategic communication and marketing.

Speaking about her new job, Srushti added that she was pleased to start her new journey with Sagility. She said that her priority would be to further build the brand narrative of the organization, the technology-based services, customer centricity and working culture.
Srushti's role at Sagility will be to create communication strategies that support the broader business priorities at Sagility. Her role comes at a time when healthcare companies are increasingly using technology and digital capabilities to transform healthcare operations and improve service delivery.
As the new role, it is expected that Srushti will enhance the visibility of Sagility both in the media and industry platforms, as well as develop a coordinated communication strategy throughout Sagility's global footprint. Her role further will involve helping the company develop opportunities to contribute its knowledge and opinions through thought-leadership and industry interactions.
Srushti has a wealth of experience from healthcare and technology and education-related organizations. The hire joins Sagility's leadership team as the company continues to continue the development of its international brand and communication with its stakeholders.
With Srushti's appointment, Sagility is moving one step closer in establishing a strong and consistent corporate image across the markets. Her expertise in corporate communications, public relations, investor communications and employer branding will help the company communicate to a broader, international audience its vision and values.
