Rubika Liyaquat Named Senior Editor at Times Now Navbharat

The Times Network has officially announced the name of Rubika Liyaquat as the senior executive Editor of its Hindi news channel Times Now Navbharat. She will also take over editorial operations, thus enhancing the network's leadership team as Vice President – Special Projects. Her office will be in the network's Noida office.

With the appointment, Times Network has strengthened its editorial leadership as it grows stronger in the Hindi news broadcast segment. As an experienced journalist, with a span of nearly 20 years in Television journalism, political reporting, prime time news presentation and news room management, he is one of the ‘face of the Indian broadcast media.

With 19 years of professional experience, Rubika has earned a reputation for her deep knowledge of political news, election coverage, public affairs and current affairs programming. During her career, she has worked for several major televisions news networks and has been affiliated with some of the most well-known news networks in the country.

Rubika has worked as Consulting Editor and Prime-Time Anchor at Network18 India, and has anchored several major news shows and reported on key events in the country. She has familiar faces among the viewers of Hindi news due to her experience of dealing with major news and her discussing the issues in prime time.
