They have been promoted to the position of managing partners - Delhi. Chandradeep Kumar has completed his five-year tenure and has been promoted to senior vice president (Delhi).
“As a senior resource, the key task for me is to drive the strategic thinking for brands creating innovative solution platforms to achieve their objectives and making them more meaningful to their consumers, also as business head, maximising revenues for organisation by going beyond briefs and basing the media strategies on strong and executable ideas and not just template based planning,” says Roopali.

As the agency expands its digital footprint in the region, Rohan Chincholi has been promoted to head of digital, where he will oversee and consolidate the overall digital business/services across markets. Chincholi is back at Havas Media for the second time. In 2017, he returned to the agency.
Joshi said, “Continuing to invest in people as we reaffirm our focus on Mx operating system and 4Ps - Product, People, Pitches and Passion, I am excited to announce the promotions for these deserving leaders. They have been with us for a long time, tireless with their efforts and commitment in what has been one of the toughest years to help Havas Media reach greater heights.
