Return to Work programme for Women launched by Salesforce

The leading provider of CRM software, Salesforce has recently launched a new initiative named Return to Work to help women who have taken career breaks and are willing to get back into the workforce. This company's initiative will offer qualified candidates the chance to work, learn, and receive mentoring as members of the Salesforce team in India during the six-month Return to Work Program.
The all-new initiative will start in July enrolling nearly 50 women in positions in customer success, sales, and marketing. Salesforce will provide overall guidance both in the classroom and about the job training to help the qualified members go back to the workforce. The candidates will get the roles in technological field, sales and marketing, and also in customer success which are available in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. More than 70 women have been helped through this program since 2022 whereas 75 per cent of the participants have found full-time jobs so far.
Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO of Salesforce India mentioned the company's commitment to equality. Gender inclusivity and employee satisfaction are the main objectives of the company. The main aim of this program is to provide women with an exceptional opportunity to pursue a successful career despite obstacles.
