Renu Bohra Joins SYSTRA India as CHRO

Systra India has appointed Renu Bohra as their new Chief Human Resources Officer. The mobility and infrastructure consultancy firm is increasing its focus on its people strategy and workforce capabilities as they begin the next phase of growth.
Renu will spearhead several key initiatives within the Systra India organisation, including organisational transformation, leadership development, culture creation, and implementing the talent strategy. She will be focusing on expanded mobility and infrastructure projects in both the Indian market and globally.
With over 25 years of HR leadership experience, Renu has worked across various sectors, including logistics & distribution/supply chain; healthcare services; engineering; manufacturing; professional services; and consumer durables.
Before joining Systra India, she was the CHRO of National Engineering Industries Limited. Prior to that, she had a long tenure (13+ years) with DB Schenker; most recently, she served as the Chief People Officer there.
Her previous work includes many leadership and managerial roles at organisations such as Blue Star, HSCC (Haryana State Civil Court), Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, and National Aluminium Company Limited.
Bohra has a proven track record of successfully managing large scale HR transformation, succession planning, capability development, and cultural transformation projects across multi-country operations during her extensive career.
