Rashmika Mandanna Partners With HYBE India to Back Women Artists

Actor Rashmika Mandanna has joined hands with HYBE India to support its latest audition initiative, encouraging young Indian women to pursue their ambitions and explore opportunities in the global entertainment industry.

As part of the HYBE INDIA Audition: Final Call, Rashmika appears in a campaign video sharing her personal journey and the opportunities that helped shape her career. She highlights the importance of pursuing aspirations with determination and consistent effort.

Through the campaign, Rashmika aims to inspire aspiring female artists to take the next step towards their dreams and consider opportunities that could help them build careers on a global stage.

“Every journey begins with an opportunity and the courage to take that first step. When I look back at my own journey, I know how much it takes to keep believing in yourself, working hard and saying yes to possibilities that can take you somewhere you may never have imagined,” Rashmika said in a statement.

The actor, whose work spans multiple Indian film industries, said she was excited to collaborate with HYBE India on what she described as a first-of-its-kind opportunity in the country.

“HYBE is a name known across the world for creating some of the biggest artists and global voices, and the fact that they is looking to India to discover young talent is really exciting,” she added.

Rashmika also urged young women to make use of the opportunity. “There are so many young girls across the country who dreams of becoming artists, performers and role models, and I hope they make the most of this opportunity. I hope every girl who has a dream gives herself that chance,” she said.

The collaboration is a part of HYBE India's efforts to identify, nurture and groom the next generation of Indian talent through the HYBE INDIA Audition: Final Call which seeks to find, grow and develop artists that will resonate with audiences on a global scale.

Indian female participants born in the years 2005-2011 are eligible for the audition, which includes categories for vocals, rap, dance, acting and modeling.

It was announced on September 2, and applications via the internet have been accepted up to October 31. Applications have been received in the audition from all across 28 states and six Union territories, and from over 1,650 cities in 116 countries.
