Rashmi Sahoo appointed Chairperson of FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter

The All-India Forum for Women, Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ladies Organisation (FICCI FLO) has recently appointed Rashmi Sahoo as the official chairperson of the FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter for the tenure 2024-2025. Ms. Rashmi is the founder of Rays Foundation, Director of Ruchi Foodline, and the Managing Director of FarrmB & Frozit.
During an official ceremony held in New Delhi, Ms. Rashmi took over the charge from the former chairperson of the group, Mrs. Poonam Mohapatra. Her commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and her innovative leadership aims to make a substantial contribution to the goals and initiatives of the FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter. She brings forward a diversified set of experience and expertise in the food and agriculture sector.
As the Chairperson of the esteemed firm, she aspires to create an atmosphere that supports and uplifts female entrepreneurs, helps and guides them with skill-building initiatives, and encourages inclusive growth in all sectors of the economy. Her dedication toward excellence and enthusiasm for driving change for betterment is phenomenal.
Rashmi has acclaimed a degree in Sociology and Diet & Nutrition. She has also done Resource Management from CFTRI, Mysore. She has a strong personality to lead the FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter, focusing on empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development to positively impact the region's socio-economic landscape.
