Preeti B Named EVP of Schneider Electric Home Solutions Division

Schneider Electric (a global technology provider for energy) announced that Preeti Bajaj has taken on the role of Executive Vice President Home Solutions.
As EVP of Home Solutions, Preeti will lead the continued growth of Schneider Electric’s Home Solutions Division through innovation in home energy management, switches and sockets, and electric vehicle charging in Schneider Electric’s Home Solutions Division.
Preeti will drive intelligent solutions for creating smarter, more efficient and secure homes. Additionally, it will be responsible for Luminous Power Technologies, which she has previously led.
“I am incredibly honored to now lead Schneider Electric’s Home Solutions Division at a time when our industry is at a pivotal point,” said Preeti.
“Electrification, decentralization and digitalization are transforming the way we create, use and manage energy in our homes. Our goal is to provide homeowners with intelligent energy solutions that are both efficient and sustainable.”
Preeti has been working in the international marketplace for more than two decades. Before this current role, she served as the CEO/MD of Luminous Power Technologies which is a subsidiary of Schneider Electric.
Luminous Power Technologies develops backup power and residential solar power solutions across India and Preeti was responsible for leading the company's strategy development.
She also served as the CEO for Clipsal Solar (now called Clipsal Cortex) where she managed a team of engineers and product managers from around the globe to create and launch renewable energy based products.
Before both of those roles, she held the position of VP of Strategy and Transformation at Schneider Electric, Commercial Operations.
Preeti has received her Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, an MBA in Finance from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Delhi University.
Additionally, she completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In 2025, Fortune Magazine named her as one of the Most Powerful Women in India.
