Peng Liyuan sends Congratulatory Message to UNESCO Award Ceremony

Wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Peng Liyuan has sent congratulatory message regarding 2024 United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). In addition, she is the UNESCO special envoy for the advancement of girls' and women's education as well. The UNESCO Prize for Girls' and Women's Education award ceremony will be taking place in France’s Paris.
Peng in her speech, paid tribute and extended her good wished to the award-winning organizations of Uganda and Zambia, emphasising that education of girls/women plays an importance role in their growth journey and development
She also highlighted the importance of assisting health education as well as digital education amongst the girls and women, expressing hope for every quarter. She mentioned regarding gearing up science education for women to help them attain a better health condition including digital skills and scientific literacy, especially starting a business on their own.
For the society, women and girl’s education is tremendously important. However, it is importance for themselves as well, because their knowledge for business including everything else shall push them towards good growth in the industry and they can work accordingly while sustaining their progress.
