Paul Bros Consulting LLP reported the first close of its angel fund GrowUp Venture Fund, a Category-I Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). With a target corpus size of Rs 25 crore, the fund will invest in women-led, early-stage, and high-potential startups.

With a 25-year horizon, GrowUp Venture Fund will not just introduce long-term capital but also strategic inputs in ventures that have high-growth potential.

The fund has a minimum investment commitment of Rs 15 lakh and is likely to attract interest from experienced angel investors, family offices, as well as veteran stakeholders in the startup ecosystem to build a collaborative platform for value growth.
