MediaCom Appoints Averill Sequeria as Chief Product Officer

In a recent leadership team update, media agency, MediaCom has announced appointed Averill Sequeria as the new Chief Product Officer and Shekhar Sharma as the Managing Partner (North and East). 

GroupM alumni, with more than 18 years in media, communications, and consulting, Averill is an original intellectual, working to overpass the worlds of data, digital media, strategy, and creativity. In her new role, she will be leading seeing the Bigger Picture, a MediaCom Creative Systems through which the firm uses the power of data to bring together media and creativity. 

Averill has ample experience working with upcoming audience insight tools and she also specializes in marketing ROI/econometric modeling. In today's age of digital transformation, she has championed the customer experience journey, with ingenious solutions using data and technology.

In his new role, Shekhar will be responsible for the offices, clients, and growth across North and East of India. He holds experience in integrated marketing and leading large media investments from global clients to large Indian conglomerates across different verticals.

Shekhar’s expertise ranges from crafting a media approach, bringing in an insights-based draw near to sharpen the calculated planning and distribute ROI for clients.
