In Mandya, Zilla Panchayat CEO KR Nandini emphasized the value of transparency and honesty in governance while urging Panchayat Development Officers (PDOs) and Gram Panchayat Secretaries to make the most of e-procurement training. Speaking at a workshop for Group C employees, which included PDOs, Panchayat Secretaries, and Account Assistants, she also underlined how important it is to understand the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Menstrual cups will be given to all high school girls on August 15 as part of a significant district initiative to promote menstrual hygiene. Within a week, the education department is to gather information on qualified pupils. In the event that government grants are insufficient, PDOs and secretaries must make sure that high-quality products are distributed, even with panchayat funds.

Officials will arrange meetings with self-help groups (SHGs) in every panchayat to discuss areas of interest and determine revenue-generating ventures in order to increase women's economic independence. Reports must be submitted within 15 days, and future skill-building initiatives will encourage rural women to start their own businesses. It is the responsibility of officials to inform and promote SHG participation.

Additionally, 86 rescued bonded laborers—85 from Muddoor and one from Malavalli—will receive necessary government documents as part of the upcoming "My Identity" campaign in July. To aid in their reintegration into society, these consist of welfare and identity certificates.
