Maitri Kaushik appointed as Group Head-HR of Digital Agency RepIndia

Digital Agency RepIndia has confirmed the appointment of Maitri Kaushik as Group Head – HR, as the company strives to strengthen its people-first culture and elevate its HR initiatives.
In her new role, she will be in charge of leading the HR team as well as developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
“Archit Chenoy, CEO, RepIndia, said, “We have strong ambitions for RepIndia to transform into a truly diverse, inclusive, people-driven and equitable company. Maitri brings a wealth of experience in change management, talent development, operational efficiency, recruitment, with a proven ability to lead. She will play a key role in the transformation of RepIndia and its HR activities, as well as creating a diverse and passionate team.”
Maitri previously worked as a Senior Manager – HR for Adglobal360 and has 10 years of experience working for well-known advertising firms such as Dentsu.
She began her career with Dentsu as a junior employee, managing the Gurgaon branch, with the primary focus being on bringing in new employees with new talents of the company and managing the employees by guiding and helping the said employees by providing direction when needed.

Maitri Kaushik has even attended and completed the Government of India Certification on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace(Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013
