Lennox India Appoints Madhurya Hariharan as HR Director

The Lennox India Technology Centre has selected Madhurya Hariharan as the new Director of Human Resources, allowing the organization to build upon its leadership as it continues to develop its technology and engineering activities in India.
She will take on people and talent functions at Lennox India, with a clear focus on shaping the human capital strategy of the business, developing leadership capability, and fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and performance across Lennox India operations.
Hariharan comes to Lennox with over 20 years' experience in human resources globally and has spent time in global organisations in areas such as talent management, organisational development and capability building.
In sharing his new opportunity with his connections on LinkedIn, she said she is "excited to join Lennox as a leader," and to be part of a "people-first, technology led workplace culture."
Lennox International’s history of over 130 years makes it a global leader in sustainable climate control solutions with its heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technology.
Its technology center, located in Chennai, India, is a key player in engineering design, product innovation, and digital transformation for markets around the world.
Hariharan stated that Lennox felt like a great fit because she believed in energy efficiency and innovation and how they impact the community.
She also noted that Lennox has a collaborative approach to working, which contributes to their corporate citizenry.
She joins recognizing Lennox India is poised for growth in R&D and engineering capability and contributes to and supports the global transformation strategy for the business.
Industry observation suggests she will help connect talent development with growth, increase employee engagement and build a more equitable workforce.
As the company builds its footprint, it is expected that Hariharan's focus on culture, collaboration, and capability building may allow Lennox India to ensure they do not lag in innovation and the overall excellence of their workforce.
