L'Oreal India Names Aditi Krishnan Communications Head

L'Oréal India has strengthened its corporate reputation and strategic communication in one of its important global markets by appointing Aditi Krishnan as its new Head of External Communications. As part of her new assignment, Krishnan will be leading the company's external communications function, building a loyal base of stakeholders, improving L'Oréal India's brand visibility and creating the company's narrative.
She will meet the challenges of devising and implementing communication strategies that are aligned to the business goals of L'Oréal India and its future vision under the leadership of Anasuya Ray, Chief Corporate Officer of L'Oréal India.
Aditi is on the L'Oréal India team as a Senior Manager – Communications, from AB InBev India. In her time there, she was significantly involved with developing the company's communication structure and reinforcing the storytelling of the brand. Her area of expertise was creating compelling stories, getting companies noticed and helping them with their business strategies using effective communication.
Having a wealth of experience in the corporate communication field, Aditi has now become a communications professional with a strong background in media relations, crisis communication, reputation management, strategic stakeholder engagement and impactful storytelling. She has played an important role in her career for being able to communicate in difficult situations and establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
She has served in a variety of industries over the years such as fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), real estate, the automotive and financial services sectors. Through this multi-sector experience, she has gained a broad understanding of corporate communications and is able to create communication strategies that are specific to each scenario and its communication needs, in order to ensure the development of a company and the preservation and strengthening of its image.
