At the Tollygunge Club in Kolkata, India, Khushi Khanijau has claimed the lead in the third leg of the 2024 Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour. With a score of 69, she took the only lead after the first round after she birdied the final hole. However, Amandeep Drall finished with a score of 70 after making a triple bogey late in the game.

Khushi, who shared the opening group with Riya Yadav (76), made three birdies on the eighth, tenth, and final holes. She made a round of 69, after missing strokes on the fifth and 12th.

Well-known player Amandeep Drall was 4-under with two holes remaining when she made a triple bogey on the Par-4 17th and another bogey on the 18th to drop to even par 70 and second place.

At 1-over 71, four players, including Hitaashee Bakshi, the winner of the previous two events, claimed third place this time. Seher Atwal, Jasmine Shekhar, and Gauri Karhade were the other three. Amateur Anaahat Bindra (73), who was seventh after finishing bogey-bogey-double bogey with 15 strokes was under par. While Jyotsana Singh, Ananya Datar, and Ridhima Dilawari tied for 10th place with rounds of 75 each, Karishma Govind and Ananya Garg shot 74 respectively.

Khushi has won once on the Hero WPG Tour at Royal Calcutta Golf Club, while Amandeep is aiming to regain form before entering International Tours.

After starting the round with a birdie, Hitaashee bogeyed the following three holes but returned to finish with two birdies and one missed shot in the final 14 holes.

Seher Atwal fought well after trailing 4-over after 12 holes. She reached 1-over 71 after making three birdies.
