FLO works to support and promote female professionals and business owners as they advance their careers. The opening of this Chapter will aid in bringing more professionals, including future and current entrepreneurs, under the FLO's wing.

"Often known as the ‘Jewel of Western India’, Gujarat represents the vibrance of India, while Vadodara is one of its leading industrial hubs known for its entrepreneurial spirit. This is the result of old-established business houses and the business acumen ingrained in the culture and tradition of Gujarat, and we look forward to working actively in Vadodara.” said Jayanti Dalmia, President FLO.

With its headquarters in New Delhi, FLO Vadodara is one of the organization's 18 currently operating Chapters across the nation.

Through proper awareness, training, and development programmes, the new Chapter will work to improve the capacities of women so they may contribute to India's socioeconomic development by realising their own potential.

Along with her talented group of office bearers, Rati Desai (treasurer), Barkha Amin (sr vice-chair), Avni Bhayani (vice-chair), and Avni Patel, Reshma Patel was introduced as the chapter's founding chairperson (Executive Secretary).

Ms. Reshma Patel expressed her gratitude to FLO for providing her with this opportunity while speaking with the media. The FLO Vadodara Chapter will work in this direction and develop the proper strategy for women's emancipation in the area, with a focus on fostering entrepreneurship.

The opening of the FLO Bazaar, "Ariso," added to the ceremonial event's impact. A large number of Vadodara Chapter members, as well as the Presidium, Past Presidents, and National Governing Body Members from around the nation, attended the event.
