The World Skate Games 2024 took place in Italy in September 2024, featuring 12 roller sports and 156 world titles in multiple cities including Rome, Novara, Pescara, and Rimini. Over 12,000 participants from 100 countries including athletes, coaches, and delegations participated, with the event aiming to be a festival of youth, featuring music, entertainment, concerts, and shows. The event builds on previous editions in Nanjing, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires and features games like skateboarding, roller freestyle, scootering, speed skating, skate-cross, downhill, slalom, rink hockey, inline hockey, roller derby, and artistic skating.
