India won the CAVA Women's Volleyball Nations League title for the second time by defeating Nepal in a thrilling final. India scored 3-2, overcoming Nepal's earlier win in the league stage. The victory showcased resilience and determination, with India clinching gold, Nepal securing the silver medal, and Iran settling for bronze. This marked India's second title in the tournament held at the Dashrath Stadium, Kathmandu.
India defeats Nepal 23-25, 25-14, 22-25, 25-21, 15-5, marking a significant achievement. Despite Nepal winning the first and third sets, India managed to dominate the fourth set and control the decisive fifth set, winning 15-5. This victory echoed India's 13th South Asian Games success against Nepal, and Iran's bronze medal win against Sri Lanka.
The CAVA Women's Volleyball Nations League is an international volleyball competition organized by the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) that fosters regional competition among women's volleyball teams in Central Asia.
