HORP to Host 2026 Women's Leadership Summit in Singapore

House of Rose Professional (HORP) has announced the women leaders and global male allies who will participate as speakers and mentors at the 2026 World Edition of its Break the ceiling touch the sky summit in Singapore on October 12, 2026.

The 43rd international edition of the leadership summit will take place at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore, bringing together around 250 senior executives and entrepreneurs from different industries. Discussions will focus on leadership, business growth, artificial intelligence, talent, inclusion and advancing women in leadership.

The event will feature leaders selected through HORP’s 2026 Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership research, which evaluates 3,500 women leaders across 500 companies in Asia. The research considers leadership, business impact and the ability of women leaders to serve as examples for others. HORP said there is no nomination or entry fee for consideration or recognition.

Some of the women leaders to be announced as speakers include Billie Tan, President International Sales and Solutions, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, UPS; Bita Seow, Managing Director, Ace Adventure Expeditions; Jerrica Chooi, Country Holding Officer, Singapore, ABB; Joy Jinghui Xu, Group Chief People and Culture Officer, DFI Retail Group; and Preeti Arora Razdan, CEO, Southeast Asia, Diageo.

Other women leaders participating include Judit Pach (former Ambassador of Hungary to Singapore and Brunei Darussalam), UPS Senior Managing Director (Singapore and Malaysia), Yanyan Ji (General Manager, Philip Morris Taiwan).

It will also host male allies and business leaders such as Steven Okun, Founder and CEO APAC Advisors; Bijoy Sagar, EVP and Chief Information Technology and Digital Transformation Officer at Bayer; KV Rao, Chairman and Director of Tata International Singapore and Nikesh Mehta, British High Commissioner to Singapore.

Additionally, HORP published its results of the Break the ceiling touch the sky® 101 Best Global Companies for Women in Leadership Global Index for the 2020-2026 period. The study surveyed over 6,000 C-suite and over 60,000 executives from the Board of Directors of Fortune Global 500 firms.

The 2026 index also found that companies with greater gender diversity in their Board and executive leadership experienced greater revenue and profit growth when compared to companies not included in the index. The majority of index companies, 73% compared to 60% of non-index companies, said they experienced revenue growth; and 52% compared to 47% of the non-index companies said they experienced profit growth.

The research also revealed that the representation rate for companies joining the BTC 101 Global Index has risen from 22.2% women at the C-suite and Board level in 2020, to 35.71% in 2026. HORP observed however, that the world's 500 largest companies had not made any strides for the first time in seven years in gender balance.
