Heena Naithani appointed as Head - Human Resources at Airtel Business

Bharti Airtel has appointed Heena Naithani as Head of Human Resources - Airtel Business.
“Today, more than ever before, HR plays a crucial role in enabling change for organisations to thrive and navigate disruptions. In the new normal, it's crucial to drive people-transformation and to ensure our teams continue to feel valued and engaged. I’m looking forward to being part of this mission at Airtel Business,” said Heena Naithani, Head - HR, Airtel Business.
Naithani is a human resources professional with over 14 years of experience in various HR sub-domains in the telecommunications, project management, and financial industries. She had been with Citi India for over ten years before joining Airtel, most recently as Vice President - Human Resources. She assisted businesses such as Consumer Operations, Commercial Banking, and the Institutional Clients Group in this capacity.
Previously, Naithani worked for Essar, where she was a member of the Corporate HR team and was responsible for Talent Acquisition across senior and middle levels for the Essar Group's Telecom, Realty, and Projects businesses.
Naithani holds an MBA from Management Development Institute as well as an Honours degree in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
