Haryana Calls for Applications for State-Level Women Awards

The Haryana Women and Child Development Department is inviting applications for bestowing the State-Level Women Awards. The awards will be conferred to women who have made significant achievements in various fields. Interested individuals have been asked to submit their applications till October 18 at the district office of the department.
An official spokesperson stated that as part of the Haryana State-Level Women Award, INR 1.5 lakh will be given for Indira Gandhi Mahila Shakti Award, INR 1 lakh for Kalpana Chawla Shaurya Award and Behen Shanno Devi Panchayati Raj Award and INR 51,000 for Life-time Achievers Award along with appreciation letters.
The spokesperson also informed that ANMs, nurses, women MPHWs, women players, literate women group members, government employees, social workers and women entrepreneurs would be provided an amount of INR 21,000.
Concerned women applicants have been called upon to submit their bio-data about their contribution in the office of the District Programme Officer of the Department of Women and Child Development by October 18. Applicants can refer to the website, wcdhry.gov.in to get more information.
