Global Leaders to Headline 2025 'Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky' Women's Leadership Summit

(HORP), the world's largest executive leadership development company, will hold the 2025 India Edition of Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky® (BTCTTS) in Mumbai on September 30, 2025. The event is a part of the 2025–2026 world tour of the international leadership initiative.
The summit will have top executives and board members of major firms like United Breweries, Wella, Jio BP, Liberty Insurance, UPS Express, Madison World, DHL Group, Kohler Co., EPL Limited, Vistra, L&T Finance, Tata Power Renewable Energy, and Crisil, who will be speakers and mentors at the event.
The summit will bring gender-balanced women leaders and their allies together to exchange the best practices in leadership, growth, and diversity and provide a platform for participants to learn from India's most successful leaders. It will also highlight the list of 2025 Most Inspirational Women in Leadership in India.
Some of the key speakers are Nishi Vasudeva (ex-Chairman & MD, HPCL), Sam Balsara (Chairman, Madison World), Supriya Rao Patwardhan (EVP, DHL Group), Mona Gupta (Liberty Mutual Insurance), Pravesh Saha (Wella Company), and Anthony A. Rose (Chairman & CEO, HORP).
Leaders will debate the tried-and-tested benefits of balanced leadership, its contribution to growth, and approaches to creating sustainable, diverse businesses.
