Prior to joining Genpact, Pallavi was Executive Director – AI & Data, Enterprise Transformation at Providence India, leading the charge for enterprise transformation programs to leverage AI and catalyze the innovation of data across the organisation. Her role at the company was to assist businesses in harnessing the power of AI for better decision-making, optimizing operations and driving digital transformation.
Prior to this, Pallavi held senior roles at Novartis, Pitney Bowes and Franklin Templeton, with a broad range of experience spanning the healthcare, financial services and technology sectors. Her experiences in these positions allowed her to develop knowledge and competence within the fields of enterprise data strategy, digital transformation, the implementation of AI, analytics, and business consulting, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
