FLO & YFLO present Hyderabad Business Awards to Women-led Businesses

The FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) and Young FICCI Ladies Organization (YFLO) jointly presented the Hyderabad Business Awards, recognizing women-led businesses in Telangana, in ten categories, including male-dominated manufacturing, and a special Lifetime Achievement award.
The prestigious award ceremony was held on Sunday at the British Residency, Women's College, Koti. In total 24 awards were presented including 10 category awards that are manufacturing sector, philanthropy, sustainability, education, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, and beauty, innovation and technology, art and culture, and service industry along with 4 special awards.
Anjum Babukhan, Vishaka Reddy, Sharada Lingaraju, Abhikasha Bisht, A. Devasena, Sharmila Hirendranath, and Dinaz were among those listed on this year's roll of honor.
Ritu Shah, the FLO chairperson, and Arthi Shah, the Young YFLO chairperson, jointly chaired the meeting.
Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka made a statement during the event, saying, "Women are still looked down upon by society." The prestigious awards will inspire people and increase self-confidence."
Commissioner of police for Hyderabad, K. Sreenivas Reddy, praised FLO and said, "Let the flow of FLO continue."
Muzaffar Ali created and directed the ballet "Huma," which was presented on the occasion. The moving ballet is based on the Arabic folktale of the huma, a celestial bird that has the ability to grant wishes.
