Ms. Fion Wenjuan Zhou has been appointed as a new director of the board of NIU Technologies, the world's leading provider of smart urban mobility solutions, effective December 25, 2023.
Ms. Fion, the Chief Financial Officer since November 2021, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. After previously serving as CFO at Sogou Inc. and Alibaba Group, she was selected the "Female CFO of the Year" by Barron's China in 2022. She formerly worked in finance at Viadeo S.A. in Paris and Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited in New York City.
In addition to her impressive professional credentials, Ms. Fion is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. She earned a bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the University of International Business and Economics and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
NIU Technologies, well known for its high-performance electric motorbikes, mopeds, bicycles, and kick-scooters, has a diverse product portfolio that meets a wide spectrum of urban transportation needs. The company has an omnichannel retail strategy, integrating physical and online channels for product sales and service delivery.
