Ernst & Young Promotes Nidhi Jain as the Global Talent Leader, EY Client Technology

One of the Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Young (EY) has promoted Nidhi Jain as the global talent leader for EY Client Technology.
Nidhi is a seasoned HR leader with 20 years in diverse areas of human resources across sectors. In her previous role she was the director and head of corporate HR at Ernst & Young with India leadership to define and deploy the company’s people strategy for over 26k people across all businesses (advisory, technology consulting, tax, assurance, strategy and transactions) of EY.
In a social media post Nidhi wrote, “I am pleased to share that I have taken over as the global talent leader for EY Client Technology (CT), responsible for leading the talent priorities for CT, globally. Our client technology vision is to be a high-performing technology team reimagining the platform for business to build a better working world. Client technology is at the center of connecting EY’s ecosystem of technologists - creating distinctive products, platforms, solutions and careers to deliver long term value and accelerate transformation for both EY and our clients.”
She went on to thank EY India for ‘truly transforming’ her career. “The 17 years have been no less than an inspiring evolution,” she added.
Nidhi was adjudged as the winner of the People Matters' Are You In The List 2013 batch.
