Palash, a platform that is completely dedicated to empowering women of India has been acquired by Pankhuri, a major player in the edtech community and social commerce market. In order to improve the lives of Indian women and broaden their market values, these companies have combined.
This collaboration will help Pankhuri's vision to take forward the women's skill and education in India whereas Palash's instructors and technological foundation will enhance Pankhuri's services and strengthen its connection to Indian women. For the combined user base and trainers, Palash will be rebranded as the Pankhuri Community and will be relaunched.
Palash was founded by Pallavi Patil and Jaydeep Pawar. This company meets the needs of women who are in tier 2+ regions of India, it has become a leader in the edtech industry. The platform provides woken a way to develop their skills, engage in microbusinesses or reselling, and connect with others in a vibrant community.
Moksha Srivastava, CEO of Pankhuri expressed his joy over the acquisition of Palash and stated that this combination will provide a more resourceful platform for connecting, engaging, and discovery.
Pankhuri will become stronger as an industry leader in the area of women's education and social commerce with this acquisition and in the coming years the company hopes to register 10 lakh users and hire 2000 experts by transforming the environment for Indian women into learning, connecting, and thriving existence.
