Digitide Names Ruchi Ahluwalia as COO

Ruchi Ahluwalia has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Digitide, expanding her responsibilities after serving as the company’s Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will lead business transformation initiatives focused on profitable growth, operational efficiency, and digitalization and enhanced customer service.

Ruchi joined Digitide as Chief People Officer in April 2025 and took on the additional role of COO in July 2026. Her responsibilities include improving cost-to-serve processes, streamlining operations, strengthening operational performance, advancing digitalization across functions and supporting better cash flow management.

Before joining Digitide, Ruchi held senior leadership roles at Quess Corp, including Group Head HR and Group Chief People Officer. She has also served as Head HR at Eaton Electrical in India and held leadership positions at Scania Commercial Vehicles India, including Director Human Resources and Director HR, Marketing and Communications.

She has also served as Divisional Head HR for Carl Zeiss India for almost seven years after holding HR leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Software Data India Limited (SDIL). Ruchi started her career as a Management Trainee at Nicholas Piramal/Roche Products. She is also a MBA graduate from Institute of Management Studies, Indore.

Ruchi has an experience of over 20 years in her professional journey with a specialization in HR and people leadership to an operating mandate across the entire enterprise. She will take her mix of business operations, organizational transformation, and human capital leadership to Digitide's growth and transformation plans as COO.
