By: WE Staff | Wednesday, 21 June 2023

Avtar, in collaboration with Google India, has launched DigiPivot 4.0, a transformative digital marketing skilling program designed exclusively for women. Partnering with the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) and Hindustan Unilever Limited, the program offers free training to women seeking to excel in the digital marketing field.

DigiPivot 4.0 welcomes applications from women at various career stages, including those currently employed, on career breaks, or embarking on entrepreneurial journeys. Participants will gain invaluable knowledge in digital marketing, complemented by Avtar's Intentional Career Pathing, an empowering framework that encourages women to reimagine their professional trajectories.

The program boasts an impressive lineup of mentors, including senior leaders from Google, who will guide the cohort through experiential learning opportunities such as case study challenges. Additionally, esteemed faculty members from ISB will host engaging sessions focused on core digital marketing skills and strategies.

At its core, DigiPivot aims to cultivate diverse and representative talent pools, fostering inclusivity and providing meaningful support to women in their career journeys. The program acknowledges the importance of upskilling underrepresented groups and is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce that reflects the vibrant communities it serves.

To ensure comprehensive skill development, participants will undergo intensive virtual training in both technical proficiencies and essential leadership skills essential for successful career pivots. The program offers a unique opportunity for women with work experience ranging from 3 months to 18 years, as well as those on career breaks, to empower themselves in the dynamic digital space.

Over the years, DigiPivot has gained significant recognition, with previous iterations receiving more than 2,000 applications. The program's success is evident, with over 67% of past participants successfully pivoting their careers. Such impressive outcomes demonstrate the effectiveness of the program in equipping women with the necessary tools and knowledge to flourish in the digital marketing arena.

Applications for DigiPivot 2023 are currently open, with the registration deadline set for July 9, 2023. Women across India are encouraged to seize this exceptional opportunity to transform their professional lives. By combining Avtar's expertise, Google's mentorship, and ISB's academic excellence, DigiPivot 4.0 promises to be a game-changer for women seeking to thrive in the rapidly evolving world of digital marketing.

As Avtar and Google India join forces once again, their commitment to empowering women in the digital realm stands as a testament to their dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Together, they are paving the way for a more inclusive future, where women can harness their potential and excel in the digital marketing landscape.
