Deliveroo India Empowers Women with Launch of 'India Women in Tech' Group

In a move to enhance gender diversity and empower women in technical positions, the Hyderabad-based Deliveroo India Development Centre has introduced the 'India Women in Tech' Group. This initiative is a part of Deliveroo's global Women in Tech Employee Resource Group (ERG) and aims to provide support and advancement opportunities for women in technical roles.
The primary objective of the Women in Tech ERG is to assist and facilitate the progress of women occupying technical positions within Deliveroo. By creating a platform dedicated to their development, the company aims to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
