The Delhi government has created an educational song aimed at teaching youngsters in schools about communal peace, patriotism, women's empowerment, and the importance of education.
Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and Minister of Education, stated that the song tries to answer important concerns concerning the role of education in nation-building.
He claims that Delhi's education department is the first in the country, if not the globe, to have an education song.
The song is more of a dream about Delhi than a tune. The song discusses why and what the Delhi education system wishes to teach pupils.
Sharing the video song on Twitter, Sisodia said: “A person gives important 20 years of his life to education. But what do we want by giving 20 years of long education? What is our intention? What do the child, parents, society and nation want from education? Answering these questions, Delhi Education Geet is being released today.”
The song's lyrics were penned by Alok Srivastava, and it was performed by Shaan and Sneha Shankar, two well-known vocalists.
Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister, invited everyone to listen to the song in a tweet on this occasion. “Let us talk about giving the best education to every child of the country. Talk about taking the country forward through education. Must listen to this education song of Delhi.”
