Dalrada Financial Corporation announces the Appointment of Anuradha Biswas to its Board of Directors

Anuradha Biswas has been added to the board of directors of Dalrada Financial Corporation, a pioneer in technology, clean energy, precision manufacturing, and the healthcare industry.

The Dalrada Board of Directors has welcomed Anuradha Biswas, the founder and CEO of Prakat Solutions. 

Anuradha Biswas founded and serves as the chief executive officer of Prakat Solutions Inc., a Dalrada subsidiary that was founded in 2009. Prakat is a cutting-edge technology firm that previously won Startup City's Best Start-up award. Prakat has been highlighted in a number of media outlets as a driving force behind the development of an accessible computing environment for individuals with impairments.

AgriTech, FinTech, Telecom, Retail, Health Care, Manufacturing, Legal, and IT infrastructure are among the industries in which Anuradha has created sizable teams with strong technological and domain capabilities. Her expertise includes assisting CA Technologies, Aztec (bought by MindTree), and Infosys in developing their independent testing businesses. Anuradha has made significant contributions to these businesses—as well as others like VeriFone and Cybercash—by helping to form organisations, develop service portfolios, design businesses, and support teams for sales and international service delivery.

She has prominent positions in important trade organisations including NASSCOM and the Indian Chamber of Commerce for the Technology Industry, which has over 3,000 member companies.

By developing inclusive technology and workforces, Anuradha has had a significant positive societal impact. She also founded and actively promotes the annual GAAD (Global Accessibility Awareness Day) India event. She directs efforts with organisations that empower women, such as eMERG and Wequity, and she champions thought leadership in academic and IT forums for a variety of businesses.

She aggressively promotes everyone's pursuit of second careers by providing them with technological encouragement, networking assistance, and go-to-market support. She also actively advises young professionals and aspiring business owners, a trait she learned from her role models.

Recent honours for Anuradha include the Entrepreneur of the Year by eMERG in 2018 and the Solidarity Idol Award at the 2020 Wequity Awards. She has appeared in a number of prestigious journals, including The Hindu, The Economic Times, The Enterprise Magazine, and many others. Along with these roles, she has represented India as a delegate to Argentina, the Atlantic Canada Supplier Diversity Mission, the Toronto Canada-India Businesswomen's Forum, and the Orlando Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) National Conference.
